Custom Orders

This is just an inquiry and does not guarantee the item(s) will be made. 

Orders must be placed 2-4 weeks earlier to ensure availability. Last minute orders will be subject to a rush fee, if the order is accepted. Please make sure your message is as detailed as possible. Messages that do not have proper information will prolong the process. If you are having trouble uploading your images, email them to infonaicy@gmail.com 

 Half of the total amount will be used as the deposit and is required to secure a spot. The deposit is given after an inquiry is sent to us for the requested item. Once a quote is given and the invoice is sent, is payment is not received within 48 hours the order will be cancelled.
