SHIPPING POLICY 

*All NAICY items are HANDMADE and made to order. Please allow up to 3-5 business days before items are shipped out. In SOME cases longer due to a high demand.*

ALL packages will be shipped via USPS along with a tracking number.

If for any reason you may need your package sooner than the expected delivery date, please contact us before placing your order via email, or direct message on Instagram. We’ll do our best to work around your desired date if you live in Ohio. 
 

     RETURNS & EXCHANGS

NAICY does not accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing. If your package is damaged, or the sizing is incorrect, please contact me via email/DM and we will be happy to exchange it for a new item. Please try-on all pieces with undergarments.
